What are your regular hours of operation?

Wednesday through Saturday 11am-6pm and Sunday 2pm-6pm.

How can I change my appointment date or time?

Please send an email to tours@studiobenola.com with your current appointment time as well as the date/time you would like to change to, and we will let you know if the requested slot is available.

Is Photography allowed?

Personal camera photos are allowed. Flash photography is not. Photos for any form of publication must be requested ahead of time via email.

Is the facility wheelchair accesible?

Yes.

What is your rental rate for events?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders are handled via email. Please contact us at shop@studiobenola.com to place an international order.

Do you offer bulk orders or wholesale for your merchandise?

Yes. Please send an email with details regarding your bulk or wholesale request to shop@studiobenola.com

What is your return/exchange policy?

All artist prints are final sale. Returns & exchanges for merchandise are allowed within 14 days of original purchase date.

Apparel: Apparel can not be washed or worn and must have all of the original tags. If the item is visibly worn, we will not credit the cost of the merchandise.

*Return shipping charges*: If the wrong item is received, StudioBE will cover the cost of the return shipment and the cost of the replacement item shipment.

If you are returning something because you did not order the right size or would like to exchange for another product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and replacement item shipping cost.
