Photography Policy

We welcome photography in our gallery under certain guidelines to protect the integrity of the artwork, ensure the comfort of all visitors, and maintain the experience we strive to create for our community.

For General Visitors:

• Personal-use photography (e.g., smartphones or non-flash cameras) is allowed in designated gallery areas, unless otherwise posted.

• Flash photography is not permitted in the gallery unless specifically authorized.

• Visitors may not touch or move any artworks or installations to get a photo.

• Please be mindful of others. Do not block walkways, obstruct views, or disrupt the experience of fellow guests.

• Commercial photography or filming (for ads, brands, or media outlets) requires prior approval and may be subject to location fees.

For Personal and/or Professional lPhotoshoots (Portraits, Graduations, Engagements, etc.):

• Personal and/or professional photoshoots require a photo permit and must be booked in advance. Please click here to submit a request.

• A location fee may apply depending on the size, duration, and nature of the shoot.

• Approved sessions must:

  • Be scheduled outside of gallery public hours or during designated time slots.

  • Avoid obstructing gallery operations or inconveniencing visitors.

  • Follow the direction of StudioBE staff at all times.

  • Respect all artwork: no touching, moving, or leaning on exhibits.

  • We reserve the right to decline or end any shoot that does not comply with our guidelines.
